Do you have a dedicated website for the Europe Store?
Yes, eu.prismplatinum.com. Please note that the website is not live yet and scheduled for Preview on 19 July 2024 and live for Pre-Sale on 22 July 2024. Please look forward for future updates!
Where is your warehouse?
Our most popular question! Our warehouse is situated in Venlo, Netherlands. All orders placed via our EU store will be shipped from Netherlands.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Do you ship to all European Countries?
Almost! At the moment, we are only shipping to most of the European Union and United Kingdom. We are rolling out as many European countries as we can. Please email to support@prismplatinum.com to express your interest if we do not ship to your country.
Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
Yes, we do! However, please be aware of post-Brexit changes including VAT and custom charges
Will all products eventually be available for purchase?
We hope so! We are starting with a soft launch with our Bunnies Collection as opening our EU store has been a big project. We are definitely working behind the scenes to eventually have our full catalogue available on our EU store!
Why a Soft Launch?
As a small business, investing in a dedicated warehouse for European collectors is significantly expensive. However, our goal has always been to make K-Pop collecting accessible and we hope our European collectors can appreciate our effort and support our Soft Launch.
We like to use this opportunity to stress-test our operations in Europe including packaging, quality control, shipping costs, inventory management and fulfilment times.
Please understand that we will monitor this soft launch very carefully and learn from this experience. This will ensure that we can transition our full catalogue.
WIll Europe have the same Bunnies Collection?
All products related to Bunnies Collection will be identical to the US and AU/International Pre-Sale
What are the shipping costs?
This is in our Shipping Policy.
Will there be any other products during the launch?
Our soft launch will only include products from the Bunnies Collection.
Will the A4 binders be available?
Not now but they will eventually. We will give further updates after the Soft Launch.
What currency will the store be based?
All our product prices will be in Euros €
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all our product prices are inclusive of VAT for the European Union. Countries outside of the European Union will be shown prices without VAT.
What shipping methods are available?
We will be using DPD NL and Deutsche Post for our soft launch. If you have any other courier suggestions please send them through to us!
Will I be able to use my Store Credit from the AU website?
Unfortunately, Store Credit from the AU/International website is not transferable. This is because our software are unable to accomodate currency differences and they are not reflected dollar to dollar.
