Are your products PVC-free and Acid-free?
All our sleeves are PVC-Free and Acid-free! They have been tested on my personal collection before being available in the shop. You can store with confidence!
The only exception are toploaders which are made from hard PVC. Please see our toploader listings for more information!
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies depending where you are from and how big your order is. Please add the items you're interested into the cart and input your address to receive a shipping quote. We do offer free shipping for orders over $100 (Australia only).
Will you restock x item?
Please check back regularly, we are always working on restocking items and adding new products. You can also subscribe to a listing clicking ‘Notify me when available’ button to be one of the first notified of when the product is in stock again!
Are prices in AUD or USD? Will we be charged in AUD?
All prices listed according to your home country currency and paid under the same currency.
What payment methods do you take?
ShopPay, AfterPay and PayPal are available for you to place your order. Additional payment methods are Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
Can you declare a lower amount on my order to waive customs?
Unfortunately, we are unable to lower the order amount to waive customs. There is extra insurance taken out to cover all orders in the instance its lost or damaged. Given this the correct amount needs to be recorded!
I need to fix my order! Can I fix it after I’ve placed an order?
Yes, we can help have your address changed if you contact us before we ship it out. Please contact us within 24 hrs of placing your order to ensure we can amend any issues before we ship it out.
For order changes (including the addition of discount codes), you will need to request a cancellation and make a new purchase with the correct items. Once it is shipped and out of our hands, we cannot change addresses, orders or details.
Do you combine orders?
No unfortunately. We have tried to accommodate this but as orders get bigger and more complicated, packing is very prone to errors. If you wish to combine orders, please cancel your original order and make a new one. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
Do you offer exchanges for items that have been purchased incorrectly?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for items that have been purchased incorrectly. You will have to return the incorrect item for store credit and repurchase the correct item.
Will we get a tracking number with our order?
Yes, all orders will come with a tracking number which we will send through an email update.
It has been X days and I have not received a tracking update
If you have included Route Protection with your order, you can make a claim if 7 days (for domestic orders) or 20 days (international orders) have passed since your latest tracking update. Be sure to make claims within the 30 day window for your claim to be valid.
Otherwise, please contact our support team for assistance.
Do you sell photocards?
Prism Platinum does not sell official photocards, the photocards seen in the listings are from my personal collection.
Can you ship more than 20 binders to me?
Yes, we have previously shipped more than 25 binders outside of Australia which have arrived safely with no damages. If you are anticipating a really big order, please contact us and we can try to help answer any queries you may have.
I've forgotten to add route protection, can I add it after the order is complete?
Unfortunately, our system does not allow for Route Protection to be added post purchase. We will have to cancel your order and have you make a new order with Route Protection included.
Why can’t I use the bundle code multiple times in one order.
In fact, the bundle code can be applied multiple times given that the items in your order are eligible. Please note that for the code to be valid your order will have to include 1x any A5 myCOLLECTION binder for every 3x packs of Custom A5 pages (clear or coloured).
My $5 welcome code will not apply to my order.
The $5 welcome code received through email is not store credit but a discount code. Codes are non-stackable and are limited to one per order.
