In March 2025, we announced that we are officially rebranding. Over the next couple of months, we'll be making changes as we transition to our new brand name. Our aim is to keep you informed every step of the way and provide you with all the details on how this rebrand will affect you as a customer.
This page is designed to give you quick answers to frequently asked questions. We will continue updating this page throughout the rebrand process, with additional changes to be expected.

Why are you rebranding?
We're rebranding to better serve our customers and make our premium supplies more accessible to collectors around the world. This change will help us improve our global reach, ensuring we can offer even better products and services. As a result, you'll enjoy more affordable shipping prices, making it easier for you to get the supplies you love!
Could you please share what the process of this rebrand will entail?
Our rebrand will primarily involve a name change, but it will involve several exciting updates along the way. Here's what you can expect:
- New domain - our webshop URL will change to reflect our new name.
- Updated social media handles - we'll be renaming our profiles across all platforms.
- Updated packaging - our products will feature updated packaging with the new name and logo.
Is the trademark issue related to the name of the business or the binders?
The trademark issue is exclusive to the company name and not our binders.
Have you decided on a new brand name?
Yes, and we are excited to reveal the new name very soon!
Will the logo be changed?
Thankfully, our logo has not been affected by the trademark issue and will remain the same after rebranding. Our signature triangles will continue to represent our brand.
Can I still shop and place orders on the web shop during the rebrand?
Yes, you'll still be able to purchase from our website up until we close on Friday 18 April for maintenance to conduct the website domain change.
What is going to happen to all the products packaged with the current brand and logo?
Products with our current name and logo will still be be sold until the end of our grace period. After we officially launch under our new brand, we will begin phasing out the old packaging by restocking out-of-stock products with the updated packaging.
Will you be running some kind of sale to clear stock in preparation for the rebrand?
You guessed it! To make room for our exciting new brand name, we will be holding out biggest sale ever. It's an event you definitely won't want to miss- stay tuned for all the details.
Will the existing range of products still be offered after the rebrand? Or will we see a new line of products?
Yes! Your favourite collecting essentials including our A4 and A5 myCOLLECTION ranges are not going anywhere. We are always working on new innovative products and you can continue to expect exciting new projects even after we've rebranded.
Will there be any changes to the design of any current products?
Our signature custom designs will remain exactly the same, and the rebrand won't affect any of our existing products. However, you can still look forward to seeing your favourite products evolve and improve under our new brand, as our commitment to innovation will remain unchanged.
Will there be no restock for out-of-stock items until after the rebrand?
That's correct. Any major restocks will occur after the rebrand, as the packaging needs to be updated to reflect our new name. Any restocks with the current brand name were made before the rebrand.
Will any products be discontinued after the rebrand?
If we decide to discontinue any products during the rebrand, we'll be sure to give you all a heads-up in advance.
Will the rebrand impact any current projects that you've shared?
As the rebrand is our current priority, some of the projects that we've teased on our socials will be temporarily put on hold until our official brand launch.
Will the webshop be closed at any point during the rebrand?
Yes, both our AUS and USA webshops will be closed for two weeks from Friday 18 April 2025 for maintenance as we transfer over to our new website domain. Both new webshops will be launching on Thursday 1 May 2025.
When can we expect the EU shop to open?
At this stage, we're unfortunately unable to confirm a date. However, please trust that we are working hard to address the issues related to shipping costs to ensure our EU and UK customers have better options.
Will there still be an AUS, US, EU & UK store in the rebrand?
The AUS and USA webshops will remain open, but under a new website domain. Our EU webshop will remain closed until further notice, and a UK store will only be considered after the EU store is established. However, we are actively working hard to explore improved shipping options for EU and UK customers.
Will there be shipping options for Canada?
We're actively working on more cost-effective shipping options for our international customers, and we're excited to share some great news soon.
Will the myUNIVERSE binders be delayed due to the rebranding or will they arrive on time?
The myUNIVERSE binders are currently in production as scheduled, on track to arrive in June. We do not anticipate delays due to the rebranding.
