What is a Pre-Sale?
A Pre-Sale allows customers to order their products ahead of the stock arriving. The amount of stock arriving is pre-determined and they are expected to arrive to fulfil within a short period. Pre-Sale orders will be fulfilled within 30 days.
For example, if the Pre-Sale starts on 15 July 2024, the orders will be fulfilled by 15 August 2024.
What are the benefits of Pre-Sale
- You secure the products – By ordering the Pre-Sale, you don’t need to worry about ordering when they are officially in stock
- Extra benefits – You can obtain a special deal along with the Pre-Sale including free products and/or discounts.
- Price locked in – Sometimes logistics and carriers increase in price. We absorb any price fluctuations
When will my order be shipped?
The estimated shipping date is 15 August 2024
Can you order in-stock products with Pre-Sale products?
Yes, you can. However, customers should note that their order may not be fulfilled until 30 days at most. Please consider the wait if you choose to combine the in-stock products with Pre-Sale products.
If you would like us to fulfil the in-stock products ahead of the Pre-Sale products, we will treat this as two separate orders and a separate shipping fee will need to be paid.
How long is the Pre-Sale?
Up to two weeks, while stock lasts.
What is the difference between Pre-Orders and Pre-Sales?
Pre-Orders involves listing the items on sale before officially launching them. Most of the time, the goods under pre-order are yet to go into production, and some might even be in the development stage.
The wait time is also exceptionally longer ranging from 3-6 months. There are various factors involving the process including production, quality control and logistics.
We also don’t allow customers to order in-stock and Pre-Order products together
due to the significant wait. The payment methods are also limited due to their differing policies.
What payment methods are accepted during the Pre-Sale?
All Pre-Sale orders are handled through the Shopify Payment platform. Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Buy Now, Pay Later methods including others as made available from time to time by the payment gateway provider.
I made a mistake with my Pre-Sale order. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Cancellations are allowed but payment will be made through store credit only. Please choose the products during the Pre-Sale carefully.
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders due to software limitations. Customers will need to cancel and then remake the order.
